Founded in Windermere, Florida in 2020, The Windermere Agency began with a simple goal: to help families find people they could trust in their homes.

As our relationships grew, so did the needs of our clients. Families asked for household managers, then estate staff, then support for the businesses they ran. Today, The Windermere Agency provides personalized staffing for both private households and businesses throughout the East Coast.

While our services have expanded, our approach hasn’t changed. We believe great placements begin with understanding people, not simply filling positions.
