Our Story
Founded in Windermere, Florida in 2020 as Windermere Nannies, The Windermere Agency began with a simple goal: to help families find people they could trust in their homes.
As our relationships grew, so did the needs of our clients. Families asked for household managers, then estate staff, then support for the businesses they ran. Today, The Windermere Agency provides personalized staffing for both private households and businesses throughout the East Coast.
While our services have expanded, our approach hasn’t changed. We believe great placements begin with understanding people, not simply filling positions.
Our Founder
A Personal Approach to Staffing.
Katelyn founded The Windermere Agency in 2020, when it was known as Windermere Nannies, after more than a decade spent working with children and families as a degreed early childhood educator and former preschool teacher. She began with a simple conviction: the people you welcome into your home should be chosen with the same care you would give the decision yourself.
That conviction built the agency’s reputation one family at a time. As clients asked Katelyn to find household managers, estate staff, and eventually the right people for their businesses, the agency grew around their trust. She still leads every search personally, from the first conversation to the day your new hire starts.
Katelyn lives and works in Windermere, Florida, where the agency was founded and still keeps its roots.
