General
Every search follows the same five steps: we understand your household or organization, search for qualified professionals, curate a small group of 3 to 5 candidates, connect you through interviews (and a paid trial day for private placements), and guide the hire through the work agreement and onboarding. We stand behind every placement with a replacement guarantee.
We are based in Windermere, Florida and serve families and businesses throughout the East Coast, including Windermere, Orlando, Tampa, Palm Beach, Miami, Charleston and Manhattan. If you are nearby but not in one of these cities, reach out. We take on searches wherever we can serve them well.
A $750 deposit begins your search. It covers the consultation, position development and the start of sourcing, and it is applied in full toward your placement fee. The balance is due only upon successful placement.
Private Staffing
Childcare roles such as nannies, family assistants, newborn care specialists, private educators, tutors and governesses. Household roles such as housekeepers, household managers, estate managers, private chefs and chauffeurs. Personal support such as personal assistants, lifestyle managers and senior companions.
A one-time flat placement fee: $5,000 for standard private placements (nannies, family assistants, housekeepers, newborn care specialists and similar roles) and $7,500 for executive and specialized household placements (estate managers, household managers, private chefs, private educators and senior-level professionals). A $750 engagement deposit begins the search and is applied toward the fee. No salary percentages, ever.
Every candidate we present has been personally interviewed, with verified references, a 7-year background screening, driving record verification when the role involves driving, and CPR and First Aid certification on file for childcare roles.
Yes. Some families need temporary coverage or support for a particular season of life. Tell us what you need in your consultation and we will build the search around it.
Every private placement is backed by a 1-year replacement guarantee. If the placement does not work out within the first year, we conduct a replacement search.
Before you commit to a hire, we coordinate a paid trial day so you can see how a candidate works in your actual home, with your actual routine. It is one of the most valuable steps in the process and a standard part of every private placement.
Corporate Staffing
Executive and administrative support: executive assistants, administrative assistants, office managers, personal assistants to executives, client services professionals and administrative coordinators. Temporary and project-based administrative support is available on request.
